Submitted on December 18, 2018. Sent for review on January 22, 2019. We asked about the progress on March 12, 2019. Then the review comments returned on March 19, 2019. We made minor revisions and resubmitted it on March 23, 2019. It finally got accepted on March 28, 2019, and published online on April 3, 2019. As my first paper published on a SCI journal, it made me feel very happy even though the impact factor is not high. Just keep working hard!

This is a journal organized by several professors at the University of Hong Kong. Even though the impact factor is low, there are many good articles. I see many papers written by doctoral students at Shanghai Jiaotong University. The submission was fairly smooth. Two reviewers; and my paper was accepted after revision according to their comments. Suitable for doctoral students to submit their first papers, even master students can try.

Submitted for 1 month, still in EA, withdrew the submission yesterday, Under Review today, luckily did not submit again. Recently reviewed a manuscript from JVET at the end of last year, which means the manuscript I reviewed stayed in the hands of the editor for 3 months before being sent for review. The deadline for reviewers to return comments is 20 days, plus a few days for the editor to review the comments, the overall review process takes about 1 month.
