This article was delayed for so long because of some small episodes. After the first submission of revision, the two reviewers raised many comments. The first reviewer required major revision, the second one didn’t raise any comment. After the submission of revision, the first reviewer accepted it, and the second one closed the comments. A month later, the third reviewer was found by the editor; reply was given, major revision was required, and many comments were raised. After several revisions, the third reviewer agreed to accept it. On the second day, the editor asked me to modify the figures and tables. On the third day after the revision, proof was required by the editor. It was my first submission, and there were many episodes during the period. I sent emails to the editor several times. I was very sad, but I thank the editor for listening to my opinions. I think it is important to answer the reviewers’ questions in detail, patiently and rigorously. In addition, the figures and tables should be made carefully and serious, so that the reviewers will feel the serious attitude of the contributor. I feel that these two reasons saved me from the situation of major revisions.

The editor suggested me changing the field of submission to clinical research. The author submitted the article to the field of clinical research. It was under interact review on January 7, and the comments of reviewers were available, and major revision was required. One of the reviewers was extremely serious, who raised many questions, and the article was revised several times during the period. All the reviewers were satisfied on February 28. It was accepted on March 10. I feel that the reviewers were very professional and serious, and I learned a lot in the process of revision.

Seeing that the quality of papers in this journal is not that high, I submitted a paper that had been rejected by another Q4 journal. The journal did accept our paper after some minor revision, and it was soon published. But we had to pay a very high publication fee.
