Experience sharing: This journal seems to be good. You can tell when you submit articles and exchange emails with the editor. The chief editor is also good. The problem lies in the journal management. They told me they couldn't find an editor after a month of waiting, and then rejected my submission after another month, claiming that there were review comments attached. But when I checked, there was nothing. It was just two months of waiting for an editor to be assigned. They rejected my submission simply because they couldn't find someone to take over, delaying the process for a whole two months. I don't know if my friends have great luck, but this journal's review process is seriously flawed. It's no wonder the rating dropped from 6.6 to 4.8. With such management, how can the journal be any good? I won't submit to them again. I might as well submit to Stem Cell Reports
