The work can be originally finished in 3 months (normal review cycle), but the editor YW made it lasted more than 7 months (normal speed for him). I really “admire” it! From submission, minor revision to minor revision, it was delayed for month in each step before sent for review, and it took at least three months with the editor before sending for review. And then, major revision and minor revision were made, and after the comments of the reviewers were returned, it took one month before the decision was made by the editor. It took nearly two months in total. 7-3-2 = 2; Actually, it took only less than two months for the review of the reviewers. Going out was reduced during the pandemic. In principle, the efficiency of editor should be improved. It may be delayed by other things; however, the result is good. I hope everyone who submits will have it accepted.

Submitted on September 5, 2016. The comments were received  after 9 weeks, major revision. The comments of the two reviewers were reasonable. After the revision, the editors found two new reviewers. After 17 weeks, they requested a second round of major revision. I felt the comments were overly critical. Took me 2 days to calm down and then start revising again. After the revision, the editor sent the manuscript to the second and fourth reviewers, and found a new reviewer. After 12 weeks, all reviewers had not further questions and suggested acceptance. The total time was 10 months, major revision 2 times, five reviewers. This is my first paper in an SCI journal. Although the process was very painful, luckily the final result was good. Conclusion: I will not submit to this journal again, as it has been miserable.
