Reviewed 2020-03-26 19:49:15 The article was submitted in March 2019. Until March 2020, the still is still “Editor Assigned”. During the period, I asked twice, and was replied that he would figure out what had happened, but there was no further reply. More than one year after submission, I had no choice but applied for withdrawal. The editor-in-chief was very arrogant. Fortunately, I am not in a hurry to graduate.
