Submitted 2 papers, both of which received external reviews and results were released after 2 months. One paper was rejected, while the other required major revisions. The revised paper was accepted for publication one month after resubmission, which was considered relatively fast.

Two months' time, one reviewer criticized my English proficiency, while the other claimed lack of originality and rejected the submission outright. Is this all the feedback I get after two months? It's simply a waste of time. Why not just submit the good ones?
