. Quality of papers published here varies a lot. Some papers are not that great, but of course, there are papers from well-known experts. However, the number of papers published each year is so small, and the review time is long. Basically, most papers are from the editors and people they know. Among papers published by authors in China, a large proportion is from Southeast University, which corresponds to an editor from Southeast University. In addition, editors GUIA and Seatzu hold positions in some universities in China (xidian), so those authors can publish there. Authors from other Chinese universities will less likely have their papers accepted there.

Three reviewers, one accepted the manuscript directly, while another asked for some revisions, and only one reviewer suggested making some deep grammar edits. The senior editor rejected the manuscript outright, as did the associate editor and the editor-in-chief. The review process took 17 months, and they just rejected the manuscript hastily, after 17 months! This journal is completely unfriendly, they have blacklisted us.
