Emailed the editor, who said they were sick and told me to communicate with the journal myself. Emailed the journal, they were very nice and said they would handle it immediately. The next day, saw that the editor's name had changed, and then another month passed with 3-4 more editor changes, but still no reviewer assigned. Emailed the editor but received no response.
