I submit an article. The editor would send invitations to 5 reviewers, and the review would start when three of them agree to review. The editor would make a decision after two reviewers return their comments. Initial review took one month, and my paper was accepted half a month after I submitted the revision. Overall, it is fast. You can ask the editor about the status when appropriate.
