Encountered a malicious reviewer and was rejected. After the initial submission, the editor asked for revisions within 15 days, saying they couldn't find a reviewer due to language issues. I quickly made the revisions and resubmitted, also recommending 8 reviewers. Finally, one agreed to review, but was rejected two weeks later.
