An extremely efficient journal. Although it is not a time-honored or big-name journal, the editors were very careful and hardworking, unlike those editors of many awesome journals who seemed to be somebody. They maintained their "customers" very carefully. It was relatively friendly to authors from non-English speaking countries. The level of articles in the journal was not high, but the impact factor can reach 3–4 (that is, each article can be cited 3–4 times), that is inseparable from their vigorous promotion of their articles. Because it is accepted as an open access article, it’s approximately $2000 (I don’t remember how much it was exactly). I recommend it to you who don’t care about the cost, who is satisfied with the impact factor of 3–4, who hope to get a reply as soon as possible. I hope it helps.
