When I submitted this publication, my score was 3.6, but I submitted to EM first, and after EM reviewed it, they provided a lot of feedback. In the end, they suggested that I revise and resubmit to this publication. I carefully followed their advice and after resubmitting to this publication, it was accepted in just two days. Actually, I feel the quality of articles in this publication is still good. I hope that next year the IF can be increased to above 3.5
