Thanks very much to ebrafish. I submitted on March 19, 2016, and received the external review result for minor revision on May 3, 2016. I was given 20days. The editor was very helpful and sent me a reminder after one week. I submitted the revision on May 20, 2016 and received the review results on June 13. The reviewers’ comments were OK. The editor raised two small questions. I resubmitted on the same day, and today (June 20, 2016) my paper is officially accepted. The entire process was 3 months. Again shows that the journal's review speed is not as slow as what we think of a quarterly journal; it’s actually very fast!
