I submitted a paper 4 years ago, and eventually published, 15 pages. Quite a winding process: minor revision, acceptance, and major revision. I had to do a major revision after acceptance because one reviewer's comments were received after acceptance (the editor might have thought that the review would not return their comments, so the editor accepted my paper).

After 2 months of submission, I received feedback from 4 reviewers, which is relatively fast. Among them, 3 reviewers had a mild attitude and pointed out some issues for revision. One reviewer had a very negative attitude, but the problems listed can still be explained. The outcome was rejection. I suggest not submitting to this journal.

organizational crisis is there WMR. I submitted my MS in Nov 2021, with Editor till Jan-2022. Meanwhile I wrote a few times to process the MS. The MS was out for review at the end of Feb 2022. In April 2022 admin replied to my query that he had left the organization and contacted Mr."Dienke Dijksterhuis". I contacted him and he also told me that he is no longer part of the organization, then I wrote to SAGE help desk, they also advised me to contact resigned Admins
