It took more than a year, but the quality of this journal is very good. You can consider it if you are not in a hurry.

Generally speaking, the journal is very responsible and professional. The first review took a full three months. Because the second reviewer had doubts about the article and expressed uncertainty, the editor-in-chief found a third reviewer, so the time was very long. There were lots of comments, which were quite specific and professional. It took a long time to write the rebuttal letter. A total of more than ten pages were written, and minor revision requests were given for the second round of reviews. The reply was written within almost a week. It was quickly accepted afterwards. In general, the process speed of the editor-in-chief should be considered quick, and the requirements for submitted articles are quite high. I think if it keeps such review requirements, the journal's impact factor should gradually continue to rise.
