Reviewed 2010-07-18 13:40:00 The journal quality is a bit low. Manuscript review is very slow, and it didn’t help when I asked the editor about it. Well, the editor will reply to you, very timely, telling you that you can withdraw the manuscript if you don’t want to wait. I waited 10 months after submission before I emailed the journal, and the editor told me that I could withdraw the manuscript if I couldn’t wait. It drove me crazy.
