It started off slowly, constantly with the editor. During the Chinese New Year, which happened to be a little over three months, I urged for an update. The reply stated that the reviewer was unable to review due to scheduling or illness, and they would arrange for another reviewer as soon as possible. Then, after returning to school for a little over a month, it was directly accepted.

However, a manuscript that is returned to the authors for revisions does not necessarily mean that the article has been accepted for publication. Typically, materials returned to the authors for revisions include the original manuscript, reviewers' comments, and a cover letter from the editor. When authors receive a manuscript for revision, they should carefully read the revision letter and reviewers' comments. Submitted in November 2016, with editor for 2 weeks, under review for 2 months, waited for editor's decision for 1 month, then minor revisions requested, asked for proofreading, resubmitted after a month, they said I didn't submit proof of proofreading (even though I did, so confused, don't know how they see it), had to resubmit again, status remained as "revision submitted to journal" for over a month, on April 28, 2017, the status changed directly to "accept," then waited and waited again, finally proofread on August 8, don't know when it will be online. Really feels like waiting for the weeds to turn cold, this journal seems to be all about money, easy to publish, but for those rushing to graduate, still need to be careful!
