The review process is too slow. After submitting to the journal, it takes over a week for them to process it, and then it's in the hands of the editor for another week. If you are in a hurry to submit, don't choose this journal. Also, I'm not sure if it's just my perception, but it seems like domestic SCIs are very resistant to submissions from Chinese authors, so I wouldn't recommend submitting without any connections
