This is the first SCI article in my life. Although everyone feels that the journal level is low, it is an encouragement for me, and it also established my confidence in the acceptance of the second article later (the article has been accepted by JPSE). 2019.4.25 Submission. 2019.5.18 As the format is not correct, it was required to resubmit after revision. 2019.5.18 Resubmitted it on the same day. 2019.7.30 Accept with mandatory revisions. 2019.8.5 Resubmitted after revision. 2019.9.5 Accepted for publication. Although the impact factor is low, this is a great journal. The review speed is very fast, especially when compared to other journals (e.g., INT J ROCK MECH MIN and INT J COAL GEOL) that have review periods of more than 6 months.
