Reason: Applied Spectroscopy Reviews is primarily a REVIEW Journal. This work is clearly experimental research (as stated by the authors) and must be rejected as not suitable or appropriate for ASR. The authors need to find an experimental journal for their research. Thank you for your interest in ASR.

the journal is quick in review process and online publication, the whole process including peer review, revision and online publication got completed within two months of initial submission.

The online system makes the submission process straightforward. We received our reviews one month after submission, and most of the comments were related to language issues. Submissions for 1 month or so directly gave a small modification to receive, mainly in English language issues. The IF is not as high as other journals, but the requirements are quite high.
