Reviewed 2022-04-25 08:00:22 This journal is extremely friendly towards experts. If you are not an expert or do not have an expert's endorsement, don't waste your time. At the same time, this journal is very neglectful towards newcomers' reviews, taking too long to provide feedback. It takes more than eight months from submission to rejection. Furthermore, experts in my field can easily submit to this journal, even if their algorithm proofs contain obvious errors. No wonder this journal has a low impact factor; it seems that the reviewers are unable to review when they see a paper from an expert, but become arrogant and display their "expert" demeanor when they see a paper from a newcomer. This journal is friendly towards renowned researchers, but can be strict towards unknown newcomers in the field of scientific research. The review process is long and the impact factor is low.
