The article was submitted in October 2018. After an extremely long review, it was rejected and suggested being resubmitted in April, 2019. The more amazing experience is: The article was resubmitted in July 2019. One of the reviewers required minor revision, another one rejected it. The editor gave 28 days for revision. It was submitted in October, and the result was given at the end of December: Three of the reviewers agreed to accept it, and the other one rejected it (he was the one who rejected it in the first round). The editor gave 60 days, but I have no idea how to revise it! (Because the person who rejected the article said, the experiments were lacking in innovation, so it was rejected directly). It was submitted in early February, and it was with editor for 30 days. It received the notice on March 1, and it said “Please submit a clear copy, which I then will accept”. (Because the person who was always rejecting the article rejected the article with the reason that there were no changes found in the article. I had changed all the revision with red marks, and it may not be clear copy). So I canceled all the red marks and submitted the clear copy, and waited for good news. The strange thing was: It was sent for review again yesterday!!! Can I withdraw it? I really feel that this journal was not so good now, and the speed of processing articles was too slow, and the attitude of the reviewers was not responsible! If you are anxious to graduate, you should avoid it as you can.

I submitted the paper on October 22, 2018, and there was no more news. I was not in a hurry to graduate, and I just waited in patience. This semester I received review comments (February 16). There were not too many comments. I carefully revised the paper and responded the comments one by one, mainly for the sentences of high similarities. I wrote it entirely by myself, but it still repeated more than 20%. Every sentence had been revised as much as possible. When it was resubmitted, I waited for a few days. On March 12, they required us to modify the highlighted sections, and modified them twice. (Actually, I had no idea what the editor-in-chief means. It didn’t exceed the word limit, and I thought I had made the focal points stand out. But to meet the requirement of the editor-in-chief, I revised it again and again, trying to make it more and more concisely). It got accepted in about a week after resubmission! After acceptance, the post-editing process is very efficient. In general, the efficiency is relatively good, the editor is very responsible. At least it didn’t make me wait in vain.

We had a so-so experience with this journal. The first round of reviews took 7 months. We re-submitted after completing the revisions, and the review period was even longer the second time. If you need to publish quickly, I don’t recommend this journal. However, with that said, the reviewers were very professional and the editor was communicative and helpful.
