I guess that in the second review, the manuscript was review by the reviewers who reviewed it in the first review. One expert didn’t reply, and the other three suggested accepting. I originally thought it would take a long time for the influence of the pandemic. But in general, the processing speed of the editor and the review speed were still very fast, and some comments hit the nail on the head. It is worth trying, and I wish the journal will be better and better!
