A reply was received 1 month and 1 week after submission. No referees were designated, and two referees assigned by the journal gave the review comments. Some of the opinions were not very professional, but the overall they were still pertinent. 10 days after the revision submitted, they reminded me of the formatting problem and asked me to upload the tex and pictures files. Less than 1 month later, I was formally notified of the acceptance. After more than 10 days, it was published online, and it can be retrieved in Springer in 2 days.
