I think it was submitted without formatting, and it was rejected because of the formatting. Even after resubmitting, it still is WJA after a month. May I ask, after being rejected, how long did it take for you to make the necessary formatting changes and become "with editor" upon resubmission?

Submitted on September 4, received feedback on September 17, revised according to the journal's submission requirements and resubmitted. Then on December 22, two reviewers provided suggestions for revisions, requesting the revised version to be submitted by February 20, 2025.

The submission was made at the end of July in the 23rd year, and feedback from the first review was received at the end of May in the 24th year. After making revisions, it was resubmitted at the end of July, but there has been no response since then. According to the system, it is still in the hands of the administrator and has not been assigned to an editor yet. It is the slowest submission to the journal, and I am unsure if it will be rejected. If it is rejected, two years will have been wasted.
