Meta-analysis, submitted in early September, accepted before Christmas. Two rounds of major revisions, one from the reviewer and one from the editor, but only minor comments were provided. Accepted after revisions. The editor responsible for proofreading was very meticulous, making changes in over 800 places, mainly related to spacing issues. Each round of revisions took a month in the hands of the editor, making the process very slow. Publishing in this journal requires a lot of patience, so it is important to be cautious if in a hurry to publish. However, the journal is a hybrid OA, and not requiring any article processing charges is still very attractive.
