Reviewed 2020-09-27 12:37:36 This journal seems to be very unpopular in China. In the comments, no one thinks it is the top journal in numerical model and data assimilation. ECMWF- related important articles are published in it, which is half a grade higher than Monthly Weather Review. Monthly Weather Review is top journal, but this one is not.  (7) Thank | fax419  |
