I am speechless! Two rounds of review! Different reviewers. The first reviewer gave major revisions. After revising, I actually found another reviewer. The feedback from the first reviewer was very good, but the second reviewer said my article had already been written in a book! The second round also required major revisions, but after revising, it was directly rejected! It wasted almost half a year! No wonder it only got 4 points. So frustrating!

After submitting the manuscript, there was no response. I followed up twice (one reminder per month with no response). It was always in the "Under Editorial Consideration" status. Two months later, it was directly rejected. What kind of meta, database, etc. do they need so much time for review? It really wastes people's time. I suspect that they have other ways to accept submissions. Anyway, for a legitimate submission, it shouldn't take this long.
