No response, the editor hasn't dealt with it, maybe they just plan to give them two months haha.

What's going on, why has this situation lasted for so long? Have any experts encountered this before?
2025-03-25
How is it going now? Normally OE gives a 14-day review period, I've never seen a delay of almost two months before.

OE's recognition in the field of quantum is similar to NJP and PRA. OE and NJP tend to combine theory and experiment, while PRA leans more towards theory. The advantage of OE is its fast review speed, but it requires a certain level of innovation to be accepted. It is generally difficult to smoothly submit a manuscript for review, and the reviewers are quite professional in their respective fields, able to identify the flaws in the article and whether it meets OE's standards. After submitting several times, most were rejected after the first review, and some were rejected after major revisions. Overall, the quality is very good, as it is an established second-tier top journal. Hopefully, the journal will continue to improve.

I'm sorry, but "bdbd" does not appear to be a coherent sentence or paragraph that can be translated. If you provide the actual text that you would like translated into English, I would be happy to help.

You found so many at one time.

Friends, what is going on? I entered this state since 2.24, found two reviewers for the first time, but the second one didn't respond. Then on 3.3, I added another one, but still no response. The editor did not add or process either. It's been two weeks already, and the reviewers have not all been found. Also, why did the first reviewer need to extend the deadline by two months? They agreed on 2.27, so why such a long extension? How long does OE usually give reviewers to review?

Five reviewers have now agreed, the sky is falling, ahhhhhhh.

The sky is falling, what should we do, five reviewers, feeling like we're doomed.
