Research focus: First aid experience sharing: Submitted a case of about a thousand words in March 2021, took one year, the editor rejected it but gave me a chance to revise and resubmit, three reviewers made major and minor revisions, each round of revisions took four months, the editor asked me to send the manuscript to him for personal help with editing in January 2022, just accepted in January 2022, proofed in February 2022, and it has not been published yet. It was a very rigorous and challenging process that tested my clinical thinking, but fortunately I met a very good editor, for which I am very grateful
