This trashy journal has rejected my submission for eleven months with the same reason - unable to find peer reviewers due to high volume of submissions. I have urged them many times along the way and they keep saying it's under review. Do not believe those who talk big but do nothing. I even told them I need it for graduation, they are causing such harm! Excessive! I have been angry for half a month after being rejected, so angry that I have to write this out of frustration. Please do not fall into their trap! Do not be fooled by their impact factor, after all the hassle, your article or review might end up with nothing new at all, and you will truly regret it!
