I submitted to it twice, but no chance for revising was given to me. It seems that all reviewers must give positive comments. Some of the reviewers are of very high level. The reviewer who made negative comments quoted a number of sources, which feels great. In general, it is a good journal. The most important point is that it is fast. The news will always be returned in one or two months, but the requirements for innovation are relatively high. If the work is more innovative and comprehensive, you can submit to this journal, it will not delay too much time, and you will gain specific opinions even if it gets rejected. There was no way but to send a letter to the editorial office for inquiries. Finally, another expert was invited.
