An open-access journal contacted four reviewers to review a manuscript, two reviewers reviewed it hastily, and the other two reviewers requested additional experiments... Such a hassle for a journal in the fourth quartile of open-access

This journal is really toxic. The comments from the first two reviewers were very positive, so I revised it in 3 days. I was curious why the second review took a month, and then I found out they had added another reviewer. The paper directly presents experimental results without simulation, and they want me to add a simulation analysis. This journal from Zone 3 is such a hassle, sigh!

When submitting your manuscript, please upload a Word version (not a PDF version). In the PDF generated by the submission system, some derivatives in the formulas are showing as "&", but when I convert the Word file to PDF on my own computer, it looks fine. Has anyone encountered and solved this issue?
