The article was submitted in August; an episode appeared after the submission, and the submission record was not visible on the system. Therefore, a few days later, I wrote an email to ask, and they told me that the submission file was damaged and asked for a resubmission. A few days after submission, the editor was assigned, and it was sent for review. During the period, the academic achievements of me and the corresponding author were asked. The comments of major revision were returned in about 20 days. All the 3 reviewers pointed out the questions sharply. The major revised manuscript was submitted in more than 20 days, and the status soon changed to “pending for approval” in a few days. I checked it on the internet, saying that some of the reviewers agreed (to accept) and the others rejected, so it was up to the editor to make a decision. The editor accepted it in about 10 days. It is always in press after the quality proof. I don’t know when I can pay and get the proof. In short, thank you, thanks to this journal, and thanks to all teachers I know and don’t know. There is another question to share, which is about the ORCID of the corresponding author, I fill in the my ORCID instead of the one of corresponding author, and I cannot change it in the system. However, I found that there is a permission management in the account of ORCID website; the email address and information of the journal linked to my account can be seen. Therefore, I cancelled the link of this journal and my account. After revision, I found that the information in the system was not changed, but I didn’t care anymore. At the time of final acceptance, I found there was no link of ORCID for the corresponding author. It is estimated that after I cancel the association permission, it will take a few days for the system to update. I hope I can bring a little help to anxious companions.

I don’t know what others think of this OA journal. Share you my own experience. In order to deal with the boss, I spent a day writing seven or eight pages of a paper that I couldn't stand. I transferred it to several journals. Later it didn’t matter to me which journal accepted it. I finally submitted it to this OA journal. It was accepted in one month. To sum up, the review speed was fast, and the submission was not anonymous. There was only one reviewer, the editor was very serious and responsible, and helped to point out the usage of several terms. After all, it is an OA journal. It is easy for a master student to publish a paper, who has some little acquaintance with writing. But I heard that it seemed that this kind of journal cannot be used for the application and was discriminated against by some institutions. Sadly, the paper only made up the numbers. In addition, the review fee is 14,000 yuan or more, so communicate with the boss in advance. I’m not sure about the others. If you have a paper that you don’t want to give up (the one you think as a treasure but it is not accepted by any journals), you can submit to this journal. After all, your sweat will not be wasted.

My hydrology paper has been finally accepted. My submission timeline: the day of submission was on August 30, and it went under review; 2018.10.23 first opinions were returned, fortunately only one reviewer seems to have suggested a Major Revision was Required; Submitted after modification, 2018.11.13; The return of the second-instance opinion of 2018.11.21 was given and Minor Revision was Required, which was to add a few references; Submitted after modification of 2018.11.22; During this period, the editor may been away for the holiday and did not process the article; 2019.1.3 The editor made a lot of detailed comments and added a lot of references. 2019.1.8 returned after modification;2019.1.9 notified of the payment; note: the cost is a bit expensive.
