I waited more than four months for the first round of overhaul because the editor only received a reviewer's opinion. The second round was for minor repairs, and it took more than a month. The first round of reviewers agreed to publish the article, but the editor invited a new reviewer in the second round (probably because there was only one review comment in the first round). The new reviewer suggested minor repairs. The revised manuscript has just been submitted out, and I am hoping to receive it quickly. In addition, I submitted the manuscript in June, article number ****157. If 157 refers to the number of articles officially peer-reviewed, then I think most of the submissions should have been rejected in the editor's hand.
