The review process took three months, and I revised the manuscript three times during the process. All of the time the requests were for minor revision and language editing. I sought help from a language editing company to polish the language. However, the editor was very exacting, and even the definite articles needed to be changed. My overall assessment: too slow and too concerned with little things. I won’t submit a manuscript to this journal in the future.
