This journal is really rubbish. They have already accepted and received the proof, and then inexplicably claimed that there was an error in the review system and needed to have the reviewers reevaluate it. After the reevaluation, it was rejected again. However, looking at the reviewer number, the previous reviewer had asked for two rounds of revisions, and in the second round, only one formula needed to be explained, so it is impossible to be rejected again. The journal just maliciously rejected the submission because they didn't want it.

Delayed until January 25th, 24 for revision, rejected twice due to incorrect format.
