This is a very good journal that belongs to category B in the CCF recommendation rankings. It may not be popular since the IF is low. The editor is very responsible, the submission system is very convenient, and the status is updated in a timely manner. This journal is very application oriented and has low requirements for theoretical innovation. Work that contributes to algorithm implementation, development methods, and hardware platform architecture will all be considered. In my experience, the results of the first review are provided within three months. The reviewers were very professional. The required experimental data are also very reasonable. My modifications were accepted one month after I submitted them.
