Reviewed 2013-10-30 11:15:00 I first submitted my paper to AIAA even though the topic did not match. I was rejected. I then submitted the paper to JSR. After two months of being under review, the editor sent me an email saying that I had to submit more revisions, and I withdrew my paper.
