After submitting the clinical research article, it is now under review. The first review took around 2 months and three reviewers, along with the editor, provided 22 comments which were very professional and to the point. All authors were also required to fill out conflict of interest and copyright forms. The revision period was long, lasting 4 months, and the final decision came 30 days after resubmission. It is possible that there will be no further external reviews after resubmission. Three days after the decision, a request came for an additional reference to be added, and after resubmitting the revision on the same day, the decision was made the next day. Acceptance was confirmed on the third day
