The editor returned it, requiring revision and resubmission. The first review lasted 3 months, requiring a major revision. It was submitted 2 months later, and review decision was received less than 1 month after the second review. It was accepted the next day after revised submission. The efficiency was high. It has been published in June (Because the delay the cycle was a bit long. From submission to publication, it took almost a year. If it was revised faster, it would be published in about eight to ten months). (There is a publication fee for this journal, about $70 per page, but it's quite affordable compared to domestic ones).
