This is my first time to submit manuscript, and it was rejected. Although the first reviewer rejected it, he made 26 review comments. This journal is really fast. Submitted on August 4th and already under review on the 5th! Revised submission on the 19th! Such speed! There are two reviewers, one of whom should be an editor.
