Experience sharing: I had a submission accepted previously. I submitted in late August 2014, and received revisions by the end of September. The review process was relatively fast, with the first review taking about one month with two reviewers. One reviewer was very meticulous, providing over a dozen comments and suggesting additional experiments, while the other reviewer only provided 5 well-answered comments. Since this was my first SCI article, I diligently followed the reviewers' suggestions to supplement the experiments. The revised article was submitted in early November, and the review process took almost another month. The reviewers strongly recommended publication in email communication, but the editor felt that further English revisions were necessary. After the article was polished by a language editing company, it was accepted in early January. Overall, the editorial and review efficiency of the journal was satisfactory, with reviewers offering detailed feedback. Considering that the journal is a reputable entomological publication with high English language standards, I recommend language editing when possible
