If it is targeted drug delivery, it requires novelty in chemical synthesis, innovation in responsive release, a high demand for clinical disease treatment, and novelty in disease models. Record the experience of submitting a paper! The submission to Science Advances was rejected, and the editor recommended submitting to JCR. On May 12, 2024, the paper was submitted to the journal, with the editor assigned on May 20. On May 28, the paper was under review, with 2 reviews completed. 3 review invitations were accepted and 3+ review invitations were sent. This status lasted for one month before the review was completed on June 20. A revision was submitted on July 20 and reviews were completed on August 10, with 1 review invitation accepted and 2 review invitations sent (PS During the major revision, there were 3 reviewers, 1 acceptance, and 2 modifications). On September 14, there was a reminder for some new reviews for COREL-D-24-01810R1 in "Peer review status", and I recommended additional reviewers. The paper was accepted on September 15.
