The managing editor is extremely slow, while the peer reviewer completes the review within a month, but then the managing editor holds onto it for 3 months. I have made revisions twice, with each round taking at least 3 months, and they still ask for minor revisions. The assistant is a Japanese, quick to respond to emails...
