Publication in this journal used to be relatively easy, but now there are more contributors, and it is very difficult to publish your study in this journal. The review is period is quick, and the reviews are often received within one month. One exception to this is if the editor decides to only send you one review, which has happened to me twice. In this case you only receive one review. Despite the fast initial turnaround, the rest of the submission process is very, very slow. No joke – you often have to wait more than one year to hear from the editor again.
