I did insignificant work. I submitted it to Organic Letters at the beginning. Three reviewers made a lot of comments. I resubmitted it to Journal of Applied Physics Letters (APL) and Advances in Physical Education (APE) after submission. For both journals, a positive and a negative review comments were made. Later, the editor of Advances in Physical Education said that it could be transferred to Japanese Journal of Applied Physics as rapid communication. It may be because the reviewers were also resting during the summer vacation, the comments came back in more than 20 days, and it was accepted directly.
