Reviewed 2019-07-17 10:58:56 Submitted on Nov. 2, 2018 and review comments received on Jan. 18, 2019 (it took only more than two months even when it came to Christmas). The 4 reviewers gave a total of more than 30 comments, all of which required major revisions. Mar. 17 submitted after the revision; May 20 the second round of comments received, and two reviewers still had a few comments, requiring a minor revision; Jun. 5 revision submission; Jun. 10 accepted. I personally feel that the efficiency was good (TCOM give the reviewer 45 days for the first review), the reviewer is very responsible, and some comments had inspired me a lot. (2) Thank | Joy>o< |
