The review process is indeed very slow, taking more than three months. The tone of the magazine editor's communication was very poor, and upon reading their email, I thought my submission had been rejected. However, the revision suggestions from the three external reviewers were actually very friendly. I am not sure what the outcome will be after the major revisions, but I will share it later when the time comes.

Super slow and irresponsible journal.
On April 2nd, it was still in the "with editor" status. On June 8th, it was marked as "decision pending," but that evening it was rejected citing that the article did not align with the journal's direction.
Furthermore, in the email, it was indicated that the journal's policy is to reject articles directly if they deem the direction to be unsuitable for their scope. Okay, that's reasonable, but what does it mean to delay it for two months for no apparent reason???
It seems like this journal with a third-tier reputation is quite pretentious.
