A highly recognized journal, focusing on methodological research. It is very slow. My paper had three rounds of major revision, and one round of minor revision, taking one year, before it was accepted.  Generally, the editor and reviewers don’t immediately reject a paper, but they would ask you to revise it over and over again until everyone is satisfied.

After acceptance, the publication was delayed by a month because the email was sent to the spam folder. Overall, I am quite satisfied

Review speed: 2.0 Experience sharing: Although the page fee is a bit expensive, the editors are very responsible. The first submission was on February 28th, and then 2 days later the editor asked us to have the language revised by a company. Half a month later, we re-uploaded the revised manuscript with the language edited by the company. Three days later, we received a reply from the editor saying that there were still some language issues, but the editor made direct edits for us. I accepted the editor's language edits and uploaded them. The editor immediately sent it for review. One month later, on April 24th, the review comments came back, and I made revisions and uploaded them on May 14th. The same day, the editor sent it for a second review. The second review comments came back on June 19th, with one reviewer agreeing to accept directly and the other reviewer asking 2 small questions. I fixed it that day and uploaded it. On June 20th, the editor immediately replied saying that there were some minor language and format issues, and the editor helped me make the changes. I accepted the editor's edits and uploaded them on the same day, and it was accepted on June 21st. It took a total of 3 and a half months, with a total of 5 revisions. The editing efficiency of this journal is really high, usually completing the same day, and very patient and kind. If you don't mind the high page fee, I highly recommend this journal
